Once your return reaches our home base, we’ll work quickly to get your exchange or gift card processed within 7–10 business days. We appreciate your patience while we make sure everything is handled with care.

The 30-Day Promise

We ask that you reach out to us within 30 days of delivery. This window helps us keep our inventory fresh so we can continue providing the best options for you. Please understand that requests outside of this time frame or items that don't meet our criteria cannot be accepted.

Keeping it Fresh

To help us give every item a fresh start, please ensure your returns are in new condition—unworn, unwashed, and free of any stains, pet hair, or lingering scents. We also kindly ask that all tags remain attached. If an item arrives in a condition that we can no longer share with someone else, we won't be able to process the exchange or credit.

Final Sale Items

Please note that "Final Sale" items are not eligible for return. These pieces were marked down to make room for new favorites, and we thank you for understanding!
